Deposit Policy:
To secure your appointment slot, we require a non-refundable deposit of $25. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your session. By submitting the deposit, you confirm your commitment to the appointment. In the event of a cancellation within the specified time frame, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.
Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and the commitments we make to each other. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that our resources are allocated efficiently and allows us to accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a change to your appointment. To accommodate your needs and those of our other clients, we allow rescheduling before the 24-hour mark before the scheduled appointment. After that, it is considered a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. However, please note that you are entitled to three complimentary reschedules. Beyond these three instances, failure to reschedule within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Late Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a client that is later than 5 minutes of scheduled booking time.
