Appointment Policies 💕

We’re so excited to be part of this special experience with you! 💕 To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every family receives the time and attention they deserve, please review our policies before booking.

💗 Deposit Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when changes are made within the permitted rescheduling timeframe (24 hours).

📅 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $25 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without losing your deposit.

Each booking is allowed up to three complimentary reschedules. After three reschedules, a new deposit may be required to reserve another appointment.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

To make sure every family receives their full experience, we allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.

Unfortunately, guests arriving more than 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time cannot be accommodatedand will need to book a new appointment.
